Hi my name is Paul and I am a person in long term recovery, what that means to me is that I have not actively participated in using any mind altering substances since December of 1999. Today I am a husband, brother and uncle. I have fun meeting new people and trying new restaurants. I enjoy meditating and spending quality time with my family.
Hi my name is Vera and I am a person in long term recovery what that means for me is that I’ve learned to live life to the fullest without the use of mind altering substances and while managing my mental health. Today I am a mother, a sister and a reliable friend. I maintain my recovery by staying committed to my passions! I love to roller skate and I enjoy dancing Flamenco. I have dedicated my life to empowering peers seeking long-term recovery. I have fun playing music, collecting coins and going to the movies. I have been working in addiction for 36 years. My most exciting moment was becoming CARES certified.
